How to Use

Lifting straps are meant to be used to assist your grip strength. If your grip won't allow you to hold onto the bar, you won't be able to train your legs and pulls for weightlifting. Using straps allows the athlete to take the focus off their grip so they can continue to get stronger in these areas. 

Our straps were designed to quickly release when the bar is ditched. With our straps only wrapping under and around once, this safety feature allows the lifter to safely and quickly be detached from the barbell with ease. 

To set up, place straps under and through the closed loop, with the strap sitting gently across the crease of the wrist. Wrap the strap under and around the barbell. Tighten the strap under the thumb by rolling and tightening the barbell towards you. Repeat on both sides.
